Return, Exchange, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please go through these terms and conditions before making a purchase: “By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.”

Return and Exchange Policy

“Returns or exchanges are allowed only within 2 days of delivery.”

Manufacturing Defect Coverage :

  • Send us box opening video & photographs of the item and the delivery package for verification. 
  • Once the defect is confirmed, we will waive the reverse pickup charges.
  • You must pay the reverse pickup charges initially to process the return or exchange.
  • Refund or exchange will be issued, subject to our terms and conditions. Refund will be processed to your original payment method after verification.
  • Products purchased using a credit voucher are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • For exchanges, you can swap the product for the same item in a different size or choose a different product. If there’s a price difference, you’ll need to pay the extra amount. If the new product costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
  • In case the size requested/product requested is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and keep you informed every step of the way.

Exchange & Return Process

Request : Contact us via email at info@suvastraa.com or WhatsApp at +91-7249099009 to start the process.
Pickup : After receiving your return or exchange request, pickup will be scheduled within 24 hours.
• Pickup will be completed within 72 hours of scheduling.
• Note: Return request cannot be cancelled once the pickup is scheduled.
• We usually receive the product within 7-10 days.
Packaging : Please reuse the original packaging.
Condition : Ensure items are in their original condition, with labels and tags intact, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Processing : Once received, we will process the refund within 2-3 days or dispatch the exchanged product, if all conditions are met.

Missing or Damaged Items

Report : If an item is missing or damaged, please report it within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
Proof : Send us box opening video & photographs of the item and the delivery package.
Resolution : Our customer care team will investigate and provide a resolution.

Exchange/Return Fee :

• A ₹300 fee applies for returns and a ₹100 fee applies for exchanges, covering reverse pickup and delivery of the new item. 
• This fee is charged once per order. 
• You can exchange or return up to 2 products. 
• For more than 2 products, you will need to either ship them back yourself to our address or pay extra charges for the additional returns or exchanges.

Return options :

• Refund to Original Payment Method:
• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
• COD Orders: Refunds will be transferred to your bank account, which is provided by you at the time of refund request.

• At Suvastraa Luxe, all Hand work Suit sets, Cord-sets and Sarees are not eligible for return or exchange as it is made to order basis only.
